Poly Products manufactures flexible packaging films as sheet or tube on roll and finished bags both plain and printed. Blown film extrusion is value added through 8 colour flexographic printing, bag/sheet converting and slit rewinding which make products ready for consumer use.

BAGS

Side Weld and End Weld Bags are supplied as Loose Bags or Bags on Rolls. Wicketed Bags are produced for manual or automated product loading. Handle Carry Bags, Skirt Seal and Press Seal Bags compliment the range.

SHEET & TUBE

Narrow to wide web width range. Mono-Layer and Multi-Layer Co-Extruded construction based on prime food grade or recycled resins.  Popular profiles include Single Wound Sheet, Centre Fold Sheet, Lay Flat Tube and Gussetted Tubing.

PRINTED PACKAGING

Dedicated in-house Pre-Press expertise linked to the latest generation of 8 Colour Flexographic Printing capability ensures sharp bright images for line work through to half tone and process, full pictorial designs.
